摘要:

目的 探讨尺骨茎突骨折内固定对桡骨远端骨折术后疗效的影响。方法 选取2014年3月至2015年3月我院骨科收治的93例桡骨远端骨折合并尺骨茎突骨折患者,依据是否行尺骨茎突骨折内固定分为内固定组和非内固定组。两组患者均实施桡骨远端骨折切开复位内固定,术中内固定组同时对尺骨茎突骨折行克氏针或联合钢丝内固定。比较两组患者桡骨远端骨折愈合时间、桡骨远端骨折和尺骨茎突骨折愈合情况、掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨高度、腕关节主动活动度、腕关节Gartland-Werley功能评分、臂肩手功能障碍(DASH)评分。结果 内固定组桡骨远端骨折愈合时间为(12.4±2.1)周,非内固定组为(13.8±3.4)周,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。内固定组所有患者桡骨远端骨折和尺骨茎突骨折均愈合,非内固定组所有患者桡骨远端骨折均愈合,尺骨茎突骨折愈合13例,畸形愈合19例,不愈合3例。两组患者掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨高度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),腕关节主动活动度、腕关节Gartland-Werley功能评分和DASH评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 尺骨茎突骨折是否内固定对桡骨远端骨折术后疗效无影响,但会影响尺骨茎突骨折的愈合。
