摘要:
肘关节创伤手术后骨结构及软组织得以充分修复,关节功能较前改善,但可能遗留部分僵硬。目前肘关节创伤术后僵硬的发生机制仍存有争议。近年来,关节镜下松解术、切开松解术、松解术联合外支固定架等治疗肘关节创伤术后僵硬多有报道,疗效不一。该文就肘关节创伤术后僵硬诊治作一综述。
