2023年11月22日，中华医学会第22届骨科学术会议暨第15届COA学术大会在西安召开，会前举办的AO创伤论坛上，来自泰国的RahatJarayabhand教授应邀作“Fixationin3&4partproximalhumerusfracturesinelderlypatients:isitpossiblewhenarthroplastyisnotpossible”的讲座，回答了老年Neer3/4型肱骨近端骨折患者在肩关节置换不可行时还能不能用内固定治疗这个困扰临床多年的难题，笔者有幸为他现
