摘要:
儿童急性血源性骨髓炎是儿童最常见的骨骼肌肉感染性疾病，如果延误治疗，可能导致严重后果，如深静 脉血栓、骨骼畸形和慢性骨髓炎等，对患者、家庭和社会都带来极大负担。因此，儿童急性血源性骨髓炎的早期准确 诊断和及时合理治疗非常重要。该文对儿童急性血源性骨髓炎早期诊断和治疗的研究进展进行综述，以期改善该疾 病的治疗规范性，提高疗效。
