摘要:
目的研究Krachow法缝合联合钢丝垂直间断固定治疗老年髌骨下极粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2022年3月收治的102例老年髌骨下极粉碎性骨折患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为两组,观察组51例,采用Krachow法缝合联合钢丝垂直间断固定,对照组51例,采用钢丝垂直间断固定。统计分析两组临床疗效、膝关节活动范围(ROM)、膝关节功能Bostman评分及并发症情况。结果观察组临床疗效优良率为88.24%,对照组优良率为64.71%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。观察组膝关节ROM、Bos
