摘要:
腕管综合征(CTS)是发病率最高的周围神经卡压疾病综合征,常累及手桡侧三指半的感觉和大鱼际的运动功能,轻者仅指端麻木,加重可影响睡眠和日常生活,甚至影响手的抓捏功能。CTS虽然体征极为典型,但疑难病例常需与神经根型颈椎病、胸廓出口综合征及其他外周神经卡压性疾病、脊髓病变等相鉴别,才能准确诊断,精准治疗。对轻中度CTS患者可行夹板固定、局部药物注射等保守治疗。对于经保守治疗无效、缓解后又复发、合并大鱼际肌萎缩或腕管内出现病理改变的CTS患者,都应考虑手术治疗。目前临床上治疗CTS的主要手术方式有开放性腕管松
