摘要:
目的 评价协同护理模式(CCM)在人工膝关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2014年1月到2016年1月在大连市某三甲医院接受人工膝关节置换术的患者65例作为研究对象。所有患者分为两组:CCM组(30例)和对照组(35例)。对照组进行常规护理,CCM组在对照组的基础上实施CCM干预。术前和术后6个月测定评价指标,包括术后感染率、翻修率、患者满意度、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)。结果 术后6个月,CCM组患
