摘要:
目的 探索目标导向液体治疗(GDFT)在全髋关节置换术中的作用。方法 选择2016年10月至2017年6月在上海交通大学附属第九人民医院行全髋关节置换术的患者60例,分为GDFT组和对照组,每组30例。GDFT组以每搏量变异率(SVV)为指导,根据GDFT方案进行术中补液。对照组按常规补液方案进行术中补液。观察两组患者术中液体出入量、血流动力学变化及动脉血乳酸值。结果 GDFT组术中总输液量少于对照组(P<0.05),胶体液用量多于对照组(P<0.05); 尿量少于
