摘要:
目的 比较不同置入途径下使用Y形钢板和双钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效。方法 以2013年2月至2016年2月70例肱骨髁间骨折手术治疗患者为研究对象,依据手术所选择的固定材料将所有患者分成两组:双钢板组(35例)和Y形钢板组(35例)。两组患者中均各有18例采用尺骨鹰嘴截骨置入途径,17例采用肱三头肌舌形肌瓣置入途径。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率,关节功能以及生活能力恢复情况,疼痛以及负面情绪发生情况。结果 两组患者治疗总有效率、关节功能以及生活能力恢复情况、疼痛以及负面情绪发生情况均无差异(P
