摘要:
距骨后突内侧结节骨折是一种罕见的损伤，目前对于此类病例报道较少，在临床上很容易被误诊为简单的脚踝扭伤。如果患者存在特定的损伤机制，应进行CT扫描以明确诊断。目前距骨后突内侧结节骨折的治疗尚无标准化共识，传统的开放手术包括踝关节内侧入路、后外侧入路及后内侧入路手术。近年来随着微创理念深入人心，关节镜技术、数字化技术辅助经皮治疗、骨科手术机器人辅助治疗等技术被应用于临床。该文就距骨后突内侧结节骨折诊治进行综述。
