2023年11月2日至4日，国际内固定研究学会（AO）创伤骨科高级教育班在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院举办。新加坡盛港综合医院的WongMerngKoon教授应邀就“State-of-the-artmanagementofmultiple-injuredpatients”作精彩演讲，阐述了严重创伤的病理生理和处理优先顺序，还介绍了何时进行早期全面治疗及何时进行损伤控制。与会者反响热烈，获益匪浅。笔者有幸为Wong教授翻译，现征得他的同意，将他的报告整理成文，与广大骨科同道共享。
