摘要:
跟骨关节内骨折是一种常见的足部损伤,通常发生在高能量损伤后。由于其解剖结构的特殊性及术后较高 的并发症发生率,使得该病治疗难度较大。对于有移位的跟骨关节内骨折,治疗方法包括切开复位内固定、微创内固定、 关节镜辅助固定、外固定架固定、球囊扩张成型术、关节融合术等,但最理想的治疗方法仍然存在争议。该文就近年 来跟骨关节内骨折治疗的研究进展进行综述。
