摘要:
肩袖部分撕裂是成人慢性肩关节疼痛及功能受限的常见原因,其中滑囊侧肩袖部分撕裂发生率低,但其诊 断困难且治疗的预后较差,对其治疗方式的选择一直存在争议。目前,针对滑囊侧肩袖撕裂的治疗主要包括非手术 治疗及手术治疗。非手术治疗有物理治疗、康复治疗及非甾体抗炎药物治疗等方法。手术治疗主要在肩关节镜下进行, 通常为单纯清理术合并或不合并肩峰下成形术,而肩袖修补手术根据缝合方式(单排固定、双排固定)及缝合技术(穿 肌腱修复、单层修复、部分撕裂转全层修复)不同可分为多种方式。此外,一些生物治疗方法可在术中及术后应用, 以巩固或增强手术疗效。该文对滑囊侧肩袖部分撕裂的治疗进展进行综述。
