摘要:
间断垂直钢丝技术是治疗髌骨下极骨折有效的治疗方法。该技术除了较短的学习曲线和较少的临床并发症 外,还可提供牢靠稳定的内固定,为患者早期活动和膝关节功能恢复提供了坚实的基础。间断垂直钢丝技术包括单 纯间断垂直钢丝技术、结合环扎钢丝的间断垂直钢丝技术、改良的结合环扎钢丝的间断垂直钢丝技术、弧形钢板联 合间断垂直钢丝技术。该文就间断垂直钢丝技术治疗髌骨下极骨折研究进展进行综述。
