摘要:
经皮后路脊柱内镜是近年来治疗神经根型颈椎病的热点。该术式能保留大部分生理结构,对患者颈部生理 曲度影响小,生物力学整体性能最接近正常颈椎。同时,采用该术式可以避免误伤气管、食道、颈动脉等颈前邻近组织, 避免术后喉头水肿压迫气管引起急性窒息的风险, 因此该术式已被广大外科医生所接受。该文对经皮后路脊柱内镜治 疗神经根型颈椎病研究进展进行综述。
