摘要:
胫骨后外侧平台骨折与前交叉韧带损伤密切相关,随着临床上关于软组织损伤观念的改变,学者们对胫骨 后外侧平台骨折合并前交叉韧带损伤的重视不断提高。该类损伤的分型主要依据矢状面图像的骨折形态学特点,其 手术适应证尚缺乏共识,少数学者提出基于分型的治疗建议。切开复位内固定技术与闭合关节镜技术在处理这类损 伤时都能达到满意的效果,但还缺少这两种技术的比较研究。前交叉韧带撕脱需要早期固定,而对于前交叉韧带撕 裂的治疗时机目前尚存争议。
