摘要:
肱二头肌长头腱(LHBT)病变是造成前肩疼痛和肩功能障碍的重要原因,往往伴有肩袖撕裂等周围结构病变。 这可能是由于肩袖撕裂破坏了肩关节生物力学平衡,从而诱发LHBT 病变。目前合并肩袖撕裂的LHBT 病变常用的治 疗方式有LHBT 切断术和LHBT 固定术,恰当的术式选择需综合考虑患者因素和术者技术水平。该文就LHBT 解剖结 构、生物力学功能及合并肩袖撕裂的LHBT 病变机制、治疗研究进展进行综述。
