摘要:
Pauwels Ⅲ型股骨颈骨折为不稳定性骨折,骨折断端之间存在较大剪切力,对内固定要求较高,且术后常出现缺血性坏死、骨不连等并发症。治疗不稳定性股骨颈骨折的内固定方式有多种,常用的倒三角形空心螺钉及滑动髋螺钉固定可能效果欠佳。近年,新的内固定方式不断出现,其中离轴螺钉及添加内侧支撑钢板等方式显示出较优的生物力学稳定性。目前,对于不稳定性股骨颈骨折内固定方式的选择尚无定论。该文就不稳定性股骨颈骨折不同内固定方式的特点及生物力学性能的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床实践提供依据。
