摘要:
股骨大转子疼痛综合征(GTPS)是临床常见疾病,由滑囊炎、肌腱病、肌腱损伤、外侧型弹响髋等复杂的综合性因素导致。GTPS的诊断主要依靠体格检查和影像学检查,影像学检查包括X线、超声、磁共振成像等。GTPS的治疗方案需要根据患者的主要致病因素综合考虑,包括非手术治疗(如局部药物注射、冲击波治疗等)和手术治疗(如关节镜下缝合、髂胫束松解、人工韧带修复等)。该文就GTPS相关解剖、病理、诊断及治疗的研究进展进行综述。
