摘要:
青壮年股骨颈骨折常因高能量损伤机制引起,多为垂直型骨折。对于此类骨折临床上建议行内固定治疗,但对内固定方式的选择目前存在争议。空心螺钉是常见的内固定方式,其创伤小、易操作,但生物力学性能较弱,易导致骨不连、骨坏死、畸形愈合等并发症发生,为此很多学者对其进行了改良。该文对空心螺钉治疗青壮年垂直型股骨颈骨折的研究进展作一综述。
