摘要:
发育性髋关节发育不良(DDH)是小儿常见畸形之一,Pavlik吊带治疗是0~6月龄DDH患儿最常用治疗方法。髋关节超声检查、Ortolani试验及初始治疗年龄等均可用于对Pavlik吊带治疗结局的预测。Pavlik吊带治疗可能引起相关并发症,包括股骨头缺血性坏死、残余髋臼发育不良、暂时性股神经麻痹等。该文对Pavlik吊带治疗DDH的治疗结局预测指标、相关并发症及其处理的研究进展进行综述。
