摘要:
多节段脊髓型颈椎病(MCSM)是指因3个及3个以上连续或不连续节段的颈椎退行性病变导致颈脊髓、神经受压而出现一组临床症状的疾病。MCSM的致病因素可能来自脊髓前方或后方,因此临床上可采用前路、后路或前后路联合手术治疗MCSM。颈椎前路手术主要针对前方致压物进行减压。近年来,MCSM前路手术取得较大进展,不但传统的颈椎前路椎间盘切除融合术、颈椎前路椎体次全切除融合术有良好的临床效果,而且人工颈椎间盘、零切迹前路钢板等新材料以及颈椎前路椎体骨化物复合体前移融合术、颈椎前路后纵韧带骨化物整块切除术等新技术也不断涌现。该文就MCSM前路手术治疗进展作一综述。
