摘要:
坏死性筋膜炎是一种可威胁生命的软组织感染,以炎症反应进展迅速及继发筋膜和周围组织坏死为特征。由于起病隐匿,发展迅速,快速早期诊断及尽早治疗是降低坏死性筋膜炎死亡率和截肢率的关键。该文将对坏死性筋膜炎的病因与分型、临床表现、诊断和治疗的研究进展作一综述,为规范化诊疗提供新思路。
