摘要:
跟骨截骨手术是目前有效纠正后足力线的方法,包括跟骨外侧闭合楔形截骨(Dwyer截骨)、跟骨外移截骨、“Z”型截骨、跟骨内移截骨、跟骨外侧延长截骨(Evans截骨)等术式。跟骨截骨手术中可能损伤跟骨内外侧神经、肌腱,术后可能引起关节退变、跗管综合征等不良预后。该文对跟骨截骨手术对手术部位周围解剖结构的影响进行综述,提出合理运用跟骨截骨手术的建议。
