摘要:
浮膝损伤一般为高能量暴力所致,合并伤较多,伤情严重复杂,容易漏诊,治疗困难,并发症较多。目前对浮膝损伤采用手术治疗已达成共识,但其骨折分型、手术时机选择、手术方式及其内固定物选择尚存争议。研究表明,除骨折治疗外,还需注重韧带和半月板、血管神经损伤及其他部位骨折等的诊治,以提高浮膝损伤治疗的效果。该文就浮膝损伤治疗进展作一综述。
